These terms apply when you use popkr.com. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

Who operates popkr

popkr is operated by John Kueh in Australia. In these terms, “popkr,” “I,” and “we” mean that site.

The site

popkr is a public database of K-beauty formulas, cited public discussion, Field Notes, and analysis. It is not a shop. If you buy a product, you buy it from a retailer under that retailer's terms. Features and coverage change as formulas, listings, and evidence change.

Not medical advice

Pages can include irritation reports and fit/skip framing. That is not a diagnosis or a treatment plan. If you have a skin condition, ask someone with a medical degree.

Evidence and limits

Official facts, public discussion, Field Notes, and analysis are labeled separately. Early pages stay early. Consensus language is reserved for the thresholds on how evidence works. Sources can be wrong, formulas change, and analysis can be wrong. Check the current bottle in front of you.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links are affiliate links. A retailer may pay a commission if you buy through them. That does not change a verdict. The affiliate disclosure is the longer version of this.

Your use

Do not:

• break the law or violate someone else's rights;
• probe, overload, or bypass security on the site; or
• republish a Field Note without the disclosure and context it carries on popkr.

I may block access when needed to protect the site or other people.

As-is

popkr is free to read and is provided as-is and as-available. To the extent Australian law allows, I am not liable for losses from using the site or from a product you bought after reading it. Nothing here excludes a guarantee or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Privacy

How visit data, mail, and Field Notes are handled is in the privacy policy.

Changes

These terms can change as the site changes. The date at the top will change. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
